CAMPAIGNS / COMMUNICATION / CLIENT ACQUISITION
Building and presenting a webinar that led to three clients
Moving beyond campaign planning to personally deliver a customer-facing experience.
THE WORK AT A GLANCE
At Infradapt, I built and presented a webinar myself. The initiative was associated with three new clients, an outcome that made the connection between marketing execution and business results tangible.
Why this
mattered.
For a webinar to work, a topic has to matter to the audience. A presentation also needs to be clear enough that people understand the issue and have a reason to continue the conversation.
Delivering it personally meant taking responsibility not only for the campaign idea but also for the live communication.
Where I
contributed.
I developed the webinar and presented it. That required moving from an initial idea into material that could be explained directly to prospective customers.
Three clients were ultimately closed following the initiative. That result was part of a broader commercial process involving the company and sales efforts; I do not claim to have been the sole person who closed all three accounts.
What that
involved.
- 01Build a webinar around a topic relevant to prospective customers
- 02Prepare the content and the presentation
- 03Deliver the webinar directly to an audience
- 04Support a path from customer interest into follow-up conversations
What I can
stand behind.
- Webinar independently built and presented by me.
- Three client wins associated with the initiative, according to my firsthand account.
- No invented attendee figures, conversion percentages, or revenue attributed to those wins.
The three-client outcome is user-reported and reflects a team-level sales result; it has not been independently audited for this portfolio.
05 / WHAT I LEARNED
This was a useful moment in recognizing what I could take ownership of. I didn't have to stay behind the scenes assembling marketing materials; I could stand in front of customers, explain the value, and help move a business outcome forward.
